An improvement to our IT infrastructure installed in our software on October 21 consumed too many resources and caused latency on October 22 between 9:20 AM and 9:38 AM, leading to a service interruption between 9:31 AM and 9:36 AM. Our team has disabled the faulty component and is working on a new alternative.
