File upload issue

Since 7am this morning, we encounter an issue with file upload.
Our file server provider have an issue on their side, a ticket is open.
We moved upload of new files to our backup server, new file can now be uploaded, but old files could take some retry before being downloaded.

Our legacy cloud platform "Heroku" had a DNS issue, our applications on this platform were not available. This incident is resolved.

In the morning of July 2th, we received an alert from our monitoring solution BetterUptime about around 10 failed checks. This alert is a false positive, monitor endpoint in US from BetterUptime had an issue. The incident is resolved.
